It will be WET and COLD! Prepare accordingly.

When you pack up, do not put your tent in a bag. Just lay it and your banners down in the back of the truck.

Upon returning to the station, stand the tent up to the best of your ability in the back of the truck. Un-Velcro the corners of the tent canopy from each leg of the tent and pull it taught. Loosely roll the banners without the pool noodles and stand them up as well (see crude drawing below). Lay the sandbags on their drier sides. Your table banners and tablecloths can come inside the Promotions closet and dry on the table inside.
