Pre / Post Event Report: 

Shortly after you leave the station (about 20 minutes), Megan will begin heading towards Crossville. When she gets to Crossville, you should have your tent and tables set up, with all your prizes laid out. She will be there to help you set-up the tieline since you have only done it in training. After all is established as running effectively, she will leave.

Marcia will be your jock (on-air personality). She has done this for many years and knows how to operate what she needs to while the tieline is in use, adjust levels, etc.

East Tennessee Dodge is paying for us to be here. You need to be on your absolute best behavior - especially while working with staff. We want to be professional to the highest degree. Your social posts must be *perfect.*

This is a two-table set-up. One table will have the tieline, and the other will have registration and prizes. Do not let your tables look too crowded.
