Pre / Post Event Report: 

I have you getting there early so you can get parked. I will be out of town Saturday morning and afternoon, so I cannot assist with a truck drop-off. You can get to Livingston whenever you want, as long as the truck is parked by 3:30 PM. After you park the truck, pull out everything you need for your set up.

Then, put up the tent, tables, and tablecloths/banners. Please wait to unpack your totes. Go on break until 4:30. Please make note of this on your timesheet.

Pro tip: Livingston has a cute little ice cream shop beside the park. If you prefer air conditioning, feel free to hop into the Steel Coop and grab a bite to eat.
